Returns & Refund Policy 

If you wish to return or exchange Products which are not faulty, please contact us on 70-644664 with details of your order within 10 days of delivery of the Products. Any returned products must be returned in good condition, with all packaging intact. The cost and risk of returning or exchanging the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect all Products.  The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery.  We may not (at our sole discretion) accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. A refund or replacement will then be provided for any Products which are damaged or faulty upon receipt.
